My name is Patrice Huley, and I am honored and excited to serve as the principal of this incredible school community. I bring with me a deep passion for education and a strong connection to Michigan City Area Schools, where I’ve proudly served as an instructional assistant, teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Calumet College of St. Joseph and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University Bloomington.

At Coolspring, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. As principal, I am committed to supporting our teachers in delivering high-quality instruction that inspires curiosity, builds confidence, and drives academic growth. Just as importantly, I believe in building strong partnerships with parents and the community to help every student thrive.
